Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Option 1: 10th Pass + ITI in relevant trade
- Option 2: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (relevant field)
Age Limit (as of 01/07/2025)
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 30 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwBD: +10 years
Selection Process
- CBT 1: 75 questions (Mathematics, Reasoning, Science, GA) – 60 mins
- CBT 2: 175 questions (Part A: General Subjects; Part B: Technical Trade) – 2.5 hrs
- CBAT: Computer-Based Aptitude Test (Minimum 42 marks required)

RRB ALP Recruitment 2025 Exam Pattern
CBT 1 (Stage 1)
- CBAT (Aptitude Test)Only for ALP candidates who qualify CBT 2.
- No negative marking.
- Minimum 42 marks required in each test battery.
- Final Merit List: 70% weightage of CBT 2 Part A + 30% CBAT Score.
