According to the [Fit India Week Celebration - 2019], subject and reference, to send a copy of the letter dated 23-10-2019 of the Indian Sports Authority with this attached, Hon. The Prime Minister has launched the "Feet India Movement" on August 2019. As part of this, it has been instructed to organize "Feet India Week" in the third week of November. It is said to do the following activities. It is hereby directed to provide the necessary instruction in all the elementary schools under your authority in view of the letter of Indian Sports Authority.

Fit India Week Celebration Day to Day Timetable & Activity's
(1) Magical Monday : Indigenous / Traditional Sports Planning, Staff Physical Fitness Assessment and Yoga Protocol (3 minutes)
(2) Tempting Tuesdays :- Teacher meeting with parents about being active and lifestyle, 30 minute fitness session and yoga protocol with all (4 minutes)
(3) Winners Wednesday : Traditional sports and yoga protocols between staff and students (5 minutes)
(4) Thursday Teamwork : - Any team sports and yoga protocol for students (6 minutes)
(5) Friday Fitness Quiz: Fitness / Sport for All / Quiz India Quiz and Yoga Protocol (7 minutes)
(6) Sportier Saturday : Fun activities for students, teachers and parents, assessment report card assignment and yoga protocol (8 minutes).
